I do not receive notifications
On Planet App visit Settings > Test notifications, you will be sent a test notification.
If you do not receive the test notification then we ask you to do another test:
If your smartphone is an iPhone
Go to Phone Settings > Notifications, select Planet App and make sure the Allow notifications option is enabled.
If your smartphone is Android
Go to Phone Settings > Applications > Planet App and check that "Show notifications" is active.
If the problem persists contact support by pressing the question mark in the bottom right corner, our technicians will answer you as soon as possible!
