When I start up the App, it won’t load properly
1. Check your Internet connection. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, switch to mobile data, then restart the application.
2. Check that your version of the app is up to date.
If you have an Android phone, visit the Play Store, open the menu at the top left and click on "My apps and games" then check to see if there are any new updates for the Planet App.
If you have an iOS smartphone, visit the App Store, search for the Planet App and see if there are any new updates.
3. Make sure that your smartphone operating system is up to date.
If you have an Android smartphone, open Settings and click Software Update, then Download and Install.
If you have an iOS smartphone, open Settings, click General and open Software Update.
