How do I book one of the communal spaces?


1. To book a space, click on Community, go to Spaces and select which one you wish to reserve. If you cannot select Spaces as one of the menu items, it is likely that your neighbourhood has not yet activated this service.

Once selected, please ensure that your chosen space is suitable for what you intend to do there, then press Book to make your reservation. If the Book button is not available, your Profile has not been verified to perform this function. To amend this, please access the terms and conditions for your neighbourhood or contact us using the information below. 

2. Check the availability of the space by entering the date and time of the reservation. Here, you have the option of making your activity public - meaning it is visible to other users on the App and open to all - or private and invitation only. In the case of private books, you may be required to make a cash payment to secure the space.

You can also check the availability of a space on different dates by organising a repeat booking. When you are satisfied, click the Continue button at the bottom.

3. Next, you will be asked to describe what activity or event you are using the space for. If you have chosen to make a private booking, this information will only be shared with the relevant Community Manager.

4. Finally, confirm your reservation. You will be notified when it is approved (with regards to private activities, follow the instructions in the description for your selected space).
