My application has closed without warning


1 Check that your version of the application is up to date.

If you have an Android smartphone, visit the Play Store, open the menu at the top left and click on "My apps and games", then check to see if there are any new updates for the Planet App.

If you have an iOS smartphone, visit the App Store, search for Planet App and see if there are any new updates.

2. Make sure your smartphone operating system is up to date.

If you have an Android smartphone, open Settings and click Software Update, then Download and Install.

If you have an iOS smartphone, open Settings, click General and open Software Update.

3. If the problem persists, contact our support systems by filling in the fields below. It is best if you include as much information as possible in your message, such as the brand and model of your smartphone brand and the operating system it is running.
